Why is it nail places only have chinese people working and they wont hire americans?

Ok I get my nails done at Nail Pizaaz and I wanna know why while they are doing your nails they talk to other workers in chinese? Are they talking crap about you or what?Why is it nail places only have chinese people working and they wont hire americans?
my aunts owns a nail salon..all her employees are korean..but when they do talk in whatever foreign language they speak, they talk a about random stuff. and some evil ***** ladies might talk some crap about the costumers. but dont worry, i think they are the ones with no life most of the time.Why is it nail places only have chinese people working and they wont hire americans?
Its cheaper to employ foreign people to work there. and yes, they probably are talking crap about you. accept it.
i know!! i hate that....it they are like chang chowef adjfa;lkfdjcxnvadkjfasdf then everyone stares at you...yeah its weird

Don't know about where you are, but I'm going to bet that you are just assuming these girls are Chinese because they are Asian and you don't understand their language. They could be any Asian nationality...here in L.A., they are more likely to be Vietnamese or Cambodian than Chinese.





Why worry about what they are saying...it is most likely not about you...you are there for a service and you are getting that service, so relax and forget about it.





Most of these business are owned by a family of the same nationality, and they employ their family and friends and others of their community, and they work their little azzes off for darned near nothing all day long. Why would they want to hire lazy American girls?
No they usually do not talk crap about you. They may say if they like the way you have your hair or the way you dress to the others or even talk about what ever is going on with themselves as you do at work. Most of the ones that do this use it as a family kind of business and are related some how. That is why all in the place speak the same south east asian language and are not americian natives. Most of these places do pretty good business and make money. It would be well worth you getting into this if you are good at this for alot of people would rather go to you than a place where they cannot understand the employees talking without them understanding.
I have had the same problem. Every time I go to walmart to get my nails done, there is always chinese people working there, and they are talking in their native lanquage. I also have thoughts about if they are talking crap about me...makes you wonder.
because chinese people can do prety things on your nails but im not saying that you cant but if thats what you feel thats what you feel than stand up for whats right
