Dry cleaning fluid (white spirits) on a cotton ball. dab until all gone. you may need to wash sheets a couple of times after this.Help! how can i remove nail varnish from my sheet, i have tried nail varnish remover but it has made it worse.
have you tried a product spray called '; De-Solv-It '; it is available in Asda or the web site is www.desolvit.co.uk i haven't tried to remove nail varnish but it is very good at most things.
the nail varnish remover should act like white wine and red wine, but if you rub it, it will simply ingrain into the fabric- your best bet would be wait untill its hard and get something blunt and pointy to scrape it off with- it wont get rid of the stain but it will make it less obvious- you could try some vanish and a nail brush and give it a damn good scrub and shove it in the washing machine- if the sheet is white it will be permantly stained, if it is coloured, it will be less obvious- if the sheet was cheap simply replace it
