How to hide nail polish without taking it off?

I just got a neon yellow manicure with a hello kitty face on it. And now my teacher is telling me i have to take it off because we arent allowed to wear nail polish to school? I am very mad because the hello kitty face is very cute. :\How to hide nail polish without taking it off?

i got some masking tape and cut it to the shape of my nails then colored it the same shade of pink as my nails.

I suppose you could wear gloves or try press-on nails (the removable sticky kind) with a natural appearance. However, probably better to follow the rules and remove the polish. Take a picture to remember how cool your nails look so you can have it done the same way again in the future.





You could also use the opportunity to try to change the school policy by learning why the administration created the rule and talking with other girls in your school to see if they are bothered by it.

Perhaps someone else may know how to easy cover your nails during the school day but unfortunately I can't think of anything beyond gloves and press-ons.
Although I think your choice of nail polish is crazy....





What kind of school do you attend that doesn't let you wear nail polish?!





It's crazy how many different crazy rules you guys have in school now and the sad part is I graduated in 2005 so it wasn't very long ago and in 3 years time you're not allowed to wear nail polish at school?!

I'm not sure you can cover it up. Unless you stick something on your nails like sticking plasters but that might take the varnish and design off or pull the nails off if they're fake.
There is this nail polish on the market that is sort of like sticky tape. You can find a very pale pink color the color of your natural nails and stick those on. It won't mess up your paint just google it
thats weird, are you in like a private school or something, thats pretty strict. you can't really hide it unless your willing to wear gloves to school
when your around the teacher clench your fists so they can't can't see it.


and when your writing etc and you think they can see put your hand at an angle where they won't see

I Have to go through the same thing at school just for applying dark nail paint or growing my nails. Teachers are such part-poopers...


Wear glows or take a picture of it.

u can put a band aid over it but usually schools dont care. What school do u go to?
