I'm looking to insulate from the exterior and was wondering if there is any pointers i should know about this project.
Like,will there be moisture issues, should i vapour barrier before i install siding.Is it ok to just nail ridgid insulation boards to exterior of weatherboard house?
Yes, you can apply rigid insulation to the exterior of a house, but you will need to apply a new exterior siding over the insulation to protect it.
A vapor barrier should be applied if one isn't already under the old siding.
