I got a tetanus shot less than a year ago should i be worried about this? they told me it last at least a year i feel it was about 10 months ago when they gave me it.I steped on a rusty nail it pierced my foot a little?

Tetanus shots last several years, so you should be fine in that respect. However, whenever you have a puncture wound, there are some first-aid steps you should take. First, clean the wound with H2O2 (hydrogen peroxide) and then dry it off. Next, place Neosporin on the wound and bandage it. You should be fine in a few days. If the wound becomes red a puffs up, it may be infected and then you should go to the ER or your doctor because you will need antibiotics. Good Luck and I hope you feel better.
