I bit my nails down to the click of the nail it's really sore what should i do to heal it?

My school was on lockdown and i bit my nails down to the click because i was scared and now my finger hurts how can i heal it?I bit my nails down to the click of the nail it's really sore what should i do to heal it?
I used to do that. The best way to make it stop hurting is to put some antibiotic or peroxide or iodine on it and cover it with a bandaid. Keeping the air off will help it heal and keep it from hurting.





I found that eating sunflwower seeds helped me stop biting them. The easiest, but not the cheapest, way to go is to get an acrylic set put on and keeping the acrylic nails until you get out of the habit.I bit my nails down to the click of the nail it's really sore what should i do to heal it?
Put something that taste really bad on them, and you will stop.
Get some triple antibiotic ointment such as Neosporin and use that. Keep your fingers out of your mouth and if this helps keep in mind that every time you do it you are eating every germ that someone left on doorknobs, shopping carts and light switches, etc. etc. Not a good way to stay healthy. Good luck and quit biting those nails!
Clear nail polish, or nail bite no more really worked for me! ive been biting my nails for years..Now I have good nails.

then let it air dry while your at home
pour a little hydrogen peroxide on it and put on a band aid. oh, and it's quick, not click.
Get a nail biter polish,it prevents you from bitting your nails.....You can find it at the drugstores,But stop!!!!! Biting your Nails!!!!!!!! You want it to heal that is the first step.
um dont do that again. put some neosporan or something but uh i dont know why someone would do that in the first place
Yeah, I used to do that to. Just soak them a bowl of warm water, add some salt. It will stop them from stinging. Also, if you want to stop biting your nails, there is a nail polish that tastes terrible if you bite it. Can't remeber the name of it, sorry but it should be available at drug stores or pharamacy. Stopped me from chewing mine in days it tastes that bad! lol Best of luck!
