These are not normal molly anchors. They are the kind that hold up a shelf and have a nail in it.?

These anchors are the ones that hang along the back of the shelf and have a little hook on the front. I finally got one out but the wall is all torn up now. Don't tell me what I did wrong, just advice please for getting them out. I can't pound them in the wall! They are much too large. These are not normal molly anchors. take a pliers and twist the nail out then the plug will come out easily.

the nail helps expand the bracket so it will hold in your sheetrock. These are not normal molly anchors. They are the kind that hold up a shelf and have a nail in it.?
You can break the head off after removing the screw. The head will break off the rest of it,then knock it in.Now patch the hole.
You can pull them out by any method or push them in, either way you have to spackle the wall. Sorry, they made holes and you have to fix them.
