Target was my first job! ETLs always value flexibility in their team members there. When you negotiate your schedule, make yourself more available. Telling them you hope to take opportunities to advance in the company may make them feel threatened because it sounds like you want to take their job. Instead tell them you look forward to 'cross-train' in areas outside the position you apply for i.e. hardlines duties if you apply for a cashier position. Other than that, smile a lot, praise the brand, and mention fast fun and friendly.
